Yesterday I began a three week journey to ultimately become a CNA (Certified Nursing Aide/Assistant). Let me tell you..I am so exhausted! Not used to getting up so early in the morning and be held accountable. If I miss one class I'm pretty much out $800 as the class cost $750 and there is a $50 fee to make up missed days. So..I'm exhausted and drained and being tested daily, but its worth it. Classes are over at the end of the month, the clinical location is next to my house and I hope to pass the state exam in early February.
But anyways..a lot of people in my class smoke and for some reason that bothers me. I feel like, you're a health care provider yet you're engaged in a really bad habit..isn't that hypocritical? And I realized there are many unhealthy habits I have myself that I could improve on so that I feel less like a hypocrite. So I decided to pick up more fish oil and some Calcium Mag. vitamins in order to improve my health.
And now...I'm going to fulfill my "maid of honour"duties and go with my friend to pick out bridal crap...blah!
