Worried about my dog..

I'm really worried about my dog. She isn't acting like her old self. She isn't as happy as she used to be and I'm convinced she's injured and in a lot of pain. Dogs don't outright show pain, its a survival mechanism so I have to decode her behaviour to figure out if something is wrong with her. Well today I decided enough is enough and I called the vet for an emergency visit. Luckily I got in so at 2:30 we shall hopefully figure out whats wrong. I just don't want her to be in pain and I'm also hoping nothing is terminally wrong with her.
